Services

A complete programme for recovery

Individual therapy, group sessions, daily reflections, and therapeutic and occupational activities. We will also take into account any other needs you may have.

How we help

Personalised treatment, from the first day to the first year

Residential therapeutic community

A safe, supportive environment where each person can devote themselves fully to their recovery. The programme lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

Individual sessions

Guided by experienced psychologists, you will go on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the causes of your addiction and the link between your trauma and addictive behaviour.

Group sessions

Group therapy helps you learn to manage cravings and triggers, and to return to everyday life with confidence.

Mental and physical recovery

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), alongside exercise with a personal trainer, yoga and healthy eating.

Occupational therapy and recreational activities

Therapeutic, themed and interactive activities, as well as leisure outings, where you can rediscover the beauty of life free from addiction.

Aftercare

We support your recovery for at least the first year, by phone or video call, with the same professionals who supported you during treatment.
